What is solid cream and why is it better?
Solid cream protects and cares for your skin like liquid cream, but is much more practical, more economical and more effective. Due to its solid consistency and the absence of water, it only contains active ingredients, is easy to transport and is particularly sustainable.
How long does a solid cream last?
On average, a solid cream lasts 2-3 times longer than a cream from a tube. This is because it does not contain water (aqua - often the first ingredient in normal creams) as a filler. So you are buying 100% active ingredients for your money.
Where are your products manufactured?
We have developed all recipes ourselves and we manufacture most of the products ourselves in our small factory in Hamburg. We source most of the raw materials directly from organic suppliers.
Are your products dermatologically tested?
Before we bring products onto the market, they are tested for durability and skin compatibility in an external, independent laboratory. We place particular emphasis on lean recipes and fewer or no allergens. You won't find any perfumes or other ingredients that are not of natural origin.
Are your products natural cosmetics or organic cosmetics?
All products are even certified organic cosmetics by NatRue. This is the highest natural cosmetics standard. It states that more than 95% of the ingredients come from controlled organic farming.

How to use solid cream?
You use our solid creams like a soap: simply rub them gently in your hands or directly over the skin and massage them in. The skin's own warmth dissolves the care film and makes the skin soft and supple. You apply the sticks directly to the skin, preferably in specific areas, and you warm up the deodorant cream with a circular motion of your finger and take out the amount you need.
Are your products vegan?
Some products contain regional organic beeswax, so not everything is vegan. Our vegan products are clearly labeled and carry the PETA Vegan Label. All products are certified natural cosmetics.
What is the best way to store cosmetics?
In a dry, cool place out of direct sunlight. Our packaging protects the products as best as possible; the solid creams can withstand temperatures of up to 60 degrees, the sun cream up to 40.
How long does your cosmetics last?
Very long! Thanks to the water-free formulations, there are no microbiological shelf life problems. Products have a shelf life of at least 12 months after opening and at least 2 years unopened.

How long does shipping take?
We ship the day after you place your order. Your package will usually arrive within 2-3 working days.
How much are the shipping costs?
- Shipping within Germany: 3.90 € (free for orders over 49 €).
- Shipping to the EU: 6.90 € (free for orders over 100 €).
Where do you deliver? Do you deliver internationally?
We deliver throughout Germany and the EU.
Which shipping service provider will ship my order?
We ship with DHL including tracking.
How can I track my order?
After shipping you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Is delivery to a packing station or post office possible?
Yes, delivery to a DHL Packstation or post office is possible without any problems.

What payment options do you offer?
We offer all common payment options such as PayPal, credit card, Klarna and other options. Purchase on account is not possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice from you?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation by email. After shipping, you will receive a shipment tracking via DHL.
I haven't received an order confirmation or shipping notification. What can I do?
Check your spam folder. If the email is not there, please contact us directly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us quickly by email with "URGENT" in the subject line or call us.
Do I have to register as a customer in order to place an order?
No, you can order without registering.
I made a mistake in my information, how can I correct it?
Contact us quickly by email with "URGENT" in the subject or call us. We will do our best to fix the error.
I haven't received my product, what can I do?
Contact us directly so that we can resolve the issue quickly. Your satisfaction is important to us!
How can I redeem vouchers and discount codes?
You can enter discount codes under the shopping cart during checkout.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes, our gift vouchers are available digitally or as a postcard. The postcard is sent by letter and takes 2-3 days.
Can I have my order packaged and sent as a gift?
We do not offer custom gift wrapping, but we do have pre-packed gift boxes that will be delivered exactly as shown in the product images.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I return my order?
Send the products back to our address (see signature) and include a note with the order number so that we can assign the return.
Can I exchange my product? What do I need to consider?
Yes, exchanges are possible as long as the product is unopened. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
How does the exchange and refund work?
Return the product and we will refund or exchange it. The refund may take a few days.
I received the wrong product. What can I do?
Please contact us. We work with a secure shipping workshop, which means that packing errors can occasionally occur. We ask for your understanding and will correct the error as quickly as possible.
