What we stand for
We stand for equality, transparency, tolerance, diversity and peaceful coexistence and against racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia and other types of exclusion, intolerance and group-related misanthropy. We think it is important to show a clear stance. That is why our employees are always given time when it comes to demonstrations or actions against fascists, Nazis, climate deniers or for climate protection. Activism is also important to us in our interactions, which is why our values stand for the company 4peoplewhocare and also for our employees. The most important thing for us is that we always live these values besides and in our everyday work - through discussions, education and activism.
